Contract Turn-Key agreements utilize Green Leaf's Resources and assure home buyers of fixed final costs. Contract Project Management agreements use home buyers resources and give home buyers more flexibility with construction design details and specifications as well as lower over all project costs. Custom homes can be built on lots owned by Green Leaf Construction Ltd. or on lots owned/purchased by the home buyer.
