Green Leaf Construction Ltd. builds custom homes using owners building plans and specifications under a contract turnkey agreements or contract project management agreements. Contract Turn-Key agreements utililze Green Leaf's Resources and assure homebuyers of fixed final costs. Contract Project Management agreements use homebuyers resources and give homebuyers more flexibility with construction design details and specifications as well as lower over all project costs. Custom homes can be built on lots owned by Green Leaf Construction Ltd. or lots owned/purchased by the homebuyer.
